What To Teach Your Kids About GOOD HYGEINE:
Wash your hands! Use soap and water for 20 seconds before eating any food, after visiting the bathroom, after sneezing or coughing, after being around anyone who is sick.
Regular handwashing is the single most important effort, but there are other habits to encourage, such as:
- Cough into your elbow
- Sneeze into a tissue, then throw the tissue away. Then, wash your hands.
- Keep your hands away from your face, mouth, and eye
- Don’t share cups or other eating utensils
- Wash surfaces frequently
- Stay home if you are sick!
