As the Board of Directors Accounting Advisory Member, Damara R. Carter is responsible for advisory council regarding the keeping of books and financial statements for Ruth’s Way.

Damara has earned her Master degree in Finance from Strayer University and Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Central State University. She has been professionally employed in her current position since 2009, in the position of Senior Manager of the Accounting Department.

A native of Homewood, Pittsburgh, PA. Damara is the mother of 3 children Jade (17), Bryce (11) and Ivan (10). For the last 2 years, Damara has mentor seventh-grade students and becoming a graduation coach at Pittsburgh Westinghouse.
